NDIS Plan Management

 At Care of Dreams Support Services, our Plan Management service is designed to make managing your NDIS funding simpler, clearer and less stressful.

We work with participants, families, nominees and Support Coordinators to help manage the financial administration of an NDIS plan while supporting your choice and control over the providers and supports you use.

Plan Management is a funded NDIS support that helps you manage the financial side of your NDIS plan.

When you choose Care of Dreams as your Plan Manager, we can assist with:

• Claiming eligible supports from your NDIS funding

Our team reviews invoices against available funding, applicable NDIS pricing arrangements and the information provided before processing claims and payments.

Where an invoice cannot be processed, we work to identify the issue and communicate what may be required to resolve it.
